Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility & Time Limit

ardenehub.it.com provides a 60-day free return service for all eligible products. Customers can initiate a return application within 60 days from the date of receiving the goods. All returned products must be kept in unused, unwashed, intact condition with original tags and packaging, ensuring that the products can be resold normally. Products damaged by personal use, man-made damage or missing original accessories will not be eligible for return.

2. Free Return Service

Our platform supports full free return services. Customers who meet the return conditions do not need to bear any return freight. We undertake all logistics costs generated by qualified return applications, fully reducing customers’ after-sales shopping costs.

3. Refund Processing Cycle

After we receive and complete the inspection of the returned products and confirm that the products meet the return standards, we will initiate the refund process within the specified time. All refunds will be completed within 5 to 10 working days. The refund will be returned to the original payment account used by the customer for the order payment. The specific arrival time of the refund shall be subject to the processing cycle of the customer’s payment institution.

4. Partial Refund Rules

For orders with multiple products, customers can apply for partial return and partial refund. The refund amount will be calculated according to the unit price of the returned products. After the returned products are verified to be qualified, the corresponding payment amount will be returned in accordance with the unified refund cycle standard of the platform.

5. Refund Rejection Scenarios

The platform has the right to reject return and refund applications in the following situations: products exceeding the 60-day return period; products with man-made damage, wear and tear, or incomplete original packaging and tags; customized products, intimate products and special products marked as non-returnable; return applications with false information or inconsistent product information.
