1. General Purchase Rules

These Terms of Purchase apply to all purchase behaviors of users on the ardenehub.it.com platform. By browsing the platform, registering an account and placing an order for purchase, all users confirm that they have fully read, understood and agreed to abide by all the terms of these purchase rules. ardenehub.it.com is an authorized reseller platform, and all products sold on the platform are compliant and qualified fashion goods.

2. Account & Order Rules

Users need to ensure that the registered account information and order filling information are true, accurate and complete when purchasing products on the platform. Users shall be solely responsible for the problems caused by false, wrong or incomplete information filled in, such as order delivery failure and abnormal order processing. All orders placed by users are deemed as valid purchase intentions, and users shall perform the corresponding payment obligations in a timely manner.

3. Pricing & Payment Rules

All product prices displayed on ardenehub.it.com are final discounted prices, with up to 70% off the original price. The platform implements full-site free shipping rules, and no additional shipping fee will be charged for any order. Users shall complete order payment through the platform payment channels specified by the platform. After successful payment, the platform will confirm the order and start the subsequent processing and shipment procedures.
The platform reserves the right to adjust product prices and preferential activities according to market changes and activity arrangements, and the price of the order shall be subject to the price displayed at the time of user order placement.

4. Order Shipment & Delivery Agreement

After the user’s order payment is confirmed, the platform will complete order processing and shipment within 1 to 3 working days. The standard delivery time of all domestic and international orders is 6 to 12 working days, and users can choose expedited delivery services according to their own needs. The risk of product loss and damage during the logistics transportation process shall be borne by the platform before the package is delivered to the user’s designated receiving address.

5. Return & Refund Agreement

Users shall enjoy the 60-day free return and 5-10 working days refund service provided by the platform for eligible purchased products. All return and refund behaviors must comply with the platform’s Refund Policy. The platform will strictly perform the refund obligation for qualified return applications; for unqualified return applications, the platform has the right to reject the application in accordance with the rules.

6. Purchase Restrictions & Liability

Users shall not use the platform for illegal purchase behaviors, malicious order brushing, malicious return and other improper behaviors. Once the platform finds any illegal or improper purchase behavior, it has the right to cancel the user’s order, freeze the account and refuse to provide subsequent services, and reserve the right to pursue the legal liability of the user.

The updated terms will be published on the ardenehub.it.com platform and take effect automatically. Users’ continued use of the platform for purchase services will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms. The final interpretation right of these Terms of Purchase belongs to ardenehub.it.com.
